We'll i wont wonder why his shoes last that long. it's kind expensive but not for my dad. He's Special and it wont matter to me if I bought him expensive shoes and its 3 months away anyways :)

Losing Weight through Dancing

After I gave birth to my daughter I gain pounds, everything is different I feel sleepy all the time, I feel heavy, tired and too lazy to move even just an inch. But then I started to exercise, but it bores me. I ask some of friends and they have advised me to try dancing. I love dancing im having fun it doesn’t bores me at the same time I sheared some fats that I gain after the pregnancy. Dancing regularly is one of the best ways of keeping fit and healthy while having fun at the same time. Dancing is a great way to lose weight as it is one of the best cardio workouts with the least amount of effort. Most people don't consider dancing as a way of losing weight, they just do it for fun. What people do not realize is by dancing regularly they are toning and sculpting their bodies at the same time. Within a few weeks you will see inches coming off your waistline without you realizing because you are enjoying yourself.

Dances that you might want to try

  • The Cha Cha - Its fun, works on your body well and is easy to learn.
  • FoxTrot - You can incorporate this into a lot of dances and is very romantic.
  • Jive - Fast paced and very exciting, great cardio workout.
  • Rhumba - Very sexy dance, great for losing weight from your waist and hips.
  • Salsa - Very creative and easy moves, seductive dance.
  • Samba - Another high energy routine, excellent on the eye and the body.
  • Tango - Easy to learn, another sexy, seductive and thrilling dance.
  • Waltz - This is a more structured and softer dance, fantastic for the hips and thighs.

Fashionable Mom Bad or Good?

Youre a mom and youre still thinking about being fashionable? Thats the kind of response I got from someone I went shopping with. All I did was go shopping with this mom and when we passed a fashion outlet selling fashionable clothing and apparel, I commented that I wanted to get that frilly pink top with splashes of lime green that is flying off the shelves with a 70% discount tag!

Is it wrong to be a mom and still want to be fashionable? In my personal opinion, theres absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to be a fashionable mom… Being mom doesnt mean that we have to give up our rights to being fashionable, beautiful and healthy. Being mom doesnt mean that our lives and the entire focus of living have shifted from us to family. Of course, without a smidgen of a doubt, being mom zaps your energy and any mom with a sense of fashion can tell you that it takes a lot to be a fashionable mom.

It already takes so much effort to dress up the kids, imagine trying to find time matching fashionable tops with fashionable skirts and then find the blasted fashionable handbag with the same color and tone to go with the same-colored fashionable shoes! What an effort!

When we used to be single, trying to be in fashion didnt used to be such an effort, did it? In fact, pulling out fashionable clothing off the shelves and donning them seems to come so naturally to most of us when we are young and looking! Now that were not looking anywhere else but at our kids, we find it such an effort just to be fashionable?

And yet, being a fashionable mom is still possible! Absolutely! All it takes is some effort, planning and some common sense. And work at it!!

It attracts my baby's attention

Babies respond best to toys that are brightly colored and have interesting textures. The bright colors aren't just cheerful; studies have shown that the bright colors can help to stimulate your child's visual development. Anything that provides a large amount of contrast is good because it will teach the baby how to differentiate between colors. There is a reason the Touch and Feel board books by the Dorling Kindersley publishers are so popular. Those are books that have big pictures in bright colors, are durable enough to be chewed on and often feature a new texture for the baby to touch.

Toys that encourage babies to do something are very popular among the under-two-years set. Toys that will reward the baby with a noise when a button is pushed are always a good idea. Babies will grow restless very quickly when given a toy that does not do much, if anything at all. There is, after all, a reason that the teddy bear sits quietly by while you get to listen to 'A sheep says baa-a-a-a-a' for the four thousandth time in a row.

Fun Activities with Kids

With such a cold weather me and my girl spend more time inside. This means that automatically we watch more television, which sometimes i don't want to do. Don't get me wrong I can honestly say that I have become a great fan of Dora the Explorer and Sponge bob thanks to my girl but, I do not want he glue to the TV the whole day. I want her to use her imagination, learn new things and get rid of some energy. So, I schedule many activities with her during the day. In return I see that she have less time to pull each others hair because they are busy having fun. However, she's the only one enjoying herself; she's giving me more space when engaged on individual activities and better yet! I am also having more fun with her. Yes, I have released my inner kid and you can too. Here is a list of fun thing to do with kids at home:

Always have plenty of crayons and a special place for your kids. So, that they can use just for creating their little Picasso drawings. Make sure you praise their efforts. The special place can be a little activity table or even in the floor. Always have at home: construction paper, glue, children scissors etc. have her create paper crafts. For example draw a heart cut it, pasted with glue on construction paper, and add some glue with glitter for decorative purposes. Put on children's music and dance like there is no tomorrow with her. If you are truly in the mood of superstar/goofy then you can pretend to sing with a microphone and have your kids play their toy instruments and vice versa. For special days such as holidays and birthdays make easy to do crafts with your child and give crafts to friends and family as gifts. Don't forget to tell your love ones how much help you got from your little assistants. Bake cookies or cake and let her help you. Challenge your little Einsteins brain with blocks and puzzles. Read stories Play dress up Hide a toy and help her find it by leaving little clues like blues clues cartoon. Play games similar to Simon says, hide and seek etc.

Man Gets Pregnant

CHICAGO (Reuters) - A trans gender man who kept his female reproductive organs despite his transformation is now five months pregnant and will appear on Oprah Winfrey's television show, the talk show said on Tuesday.

"I'm a person and I have the right to have my own biological child," Thomas Beatie, of Bend, Oregon, said in excerpts from the show, which airs on Thursday.

Skeptics questioned whether the story was an April Fool's hoax, but the Chicago-based talk show said Winfrey interviewed Beatie, his wife Nancy and their obstetrician along with friends of the couple. Beatie also did an interview with People magazine.

Beatie and his wife Nancy recount how she was unable to conceive because of a prior hysterectomy, according to the excerpts.

"If Nancy could get pregnant, I wouldn't be doing this," Beatie said.

The Hawaii-born Beatie, 34, related his struggles with various doctors along with family and friends in a letter published last week by The Advocate, a magazine for gays.

He had chest reconstruction surgery and began taking testosterone, wrote Beatie, who was formerly Tracy Lagondino.

Upon deciding to have a child, he halted bimonthly hormone injections and resumed menstruating, then artificially inseminated himself with anonymous donor sperm from a sperm bank. A first attempt failed.

"When my brother found out about my loss, he said, 'It's a good thing that happened. Who knows what kind of monster it would have been,'" Beatie recalled.

A second attempt was successful, and he expects to deliver a girl around July 3.

"Wanting to have a biological child is neither a male nor female desire, but a human desire," Beatie wrote.

Rock n Roll Mommy

I woke up last night because she was crying, I took she from the her crib and sang her a lullaby, then she looked at me in the eye and smiles. I found that hilarious, I’m not a good singer at all but it seems like that my baby likes me to sing more lullabies. Or maybe she’s smiling at me coz she knows that mommy’s voice is terrible. Well I do it all the time when she woke up at night then she fall asleep again after I sang for her. On the next day I phone a friend who’s also a mom for 3 children, I phone her because I know that she could explain why my baby act that way every time I sang to her. My friend said that its normal for babies to act that way. Once your baby is familiar with her calming noise, or music, or voice of her mom or the person who takes care of her you can use these to help your baby fall back to sleep when he wakes up in the middle of the night. And If she wakes and cries, repeat this process. She also said that If your baby gets used to his sleep time sounds you can take advantage of this tape your lullabies and play the tape iif you will be away from home for nap time or bedtime. The familiarity of these sounds will help your baby sleep in an unfamiliar environment. Eventually your baby will rely on this technique less and less to fall and stay asleep. She added Babies enjoy peaceful sounds, and they are just one more piece in the puzzle that helps you to help your baby sleep – gently, without any crying at all.

HCF Truly Saves My Day

Being young is an adventure - every day there is something new to do, to explore. Unfortunately children rarely possess a sense of danger and no matter how careful you are they will have accidents.

HCF Health Insurance allows a child to receive medical coverage for up to $100,000, if your child (under 17) is accidentally injured, 24 hours a day, anywhere in Australia. A growing number of families are unable to provide adequate coverage for children, and as a result, many suffer from unattended accidents . Also, many families without medical insurance for children are unable to provide simple, annual checkups and basic health maintenance. This, in itself, can cause many childhood illnesses or medical problems to go unnoticed because of the lack of health care that is affordable to parents. However, there are a growing number of sources that offer reasonable rates for policies and coverage.

Considering the Following Advantage of having HCF as your Private insurance

Cash sum benefits.
24 hour cover.
$100,000 cover for just 90 cents a week per child.
Automatic acceptance, almost no paperwork.
Designed and underwritten by HCF Life for your security.
This simple and inexpensive policy provides cash should the unthinkable happen.
Apply online or call 13 14 39 today. The choice is yours.

Coverage is offered in a number of ways for families of young dependents. Many parents who work are fortunate enough to be provided a policy through their employer with a group plan that covers their children. In this instance, HCF Health Insurance is usually the most affordable with better benefits than individual policies can offer. With many group policies offered to employees, not only is medical insurance for children available, but a variety of other options can be found, such as optical and dental. However, for those families that do not have the option of employee insurance coverage, it can be a real financial dilemma.

A Baby Killer

The crib is like your little angel's guardian because thats where your baby's will spend a lot of their time and you want to be sure they are safe. You must also know that there are safety standards for baby cribs. In 1974, the Law imposed that cribs should no longer be painted by lead based paint. Because it was later found out that the ingestion of lead (from any source) could cause learning disabilities and other difficulties in young children. The slats of the crib must be no more than 2 3/8 inches apart, this is to prevent your baby's body or head form getting stuck between the bars causing injury or strangulation. The side bar should be 26 inches above the mattress when it is in its lowest position. If your child is more than inch taller than the side bar, it is time to move him into a regular bed.

There are some hazards also in your baby's crib that you should need to be aware of. Your mattress must fit snugly in the crib. A loose mattress could cause your baby to slip between the mattress and the side bar causing suffocation. The height of the mattress should be able to be adjust into at least three different levels. When your baby becomes more active, you will want to put the mattress in the lowest position to prevent your baby from climbing of falling out. Slats should be tight, because loose slats could pinch little fingers. Please do not put the crib near the window to prevent your baby from possibly falling out or be tangled in venetian blind cords.
