I woke up last night because she was crying, I took she from the her crib and sang her a lullaby, then she looked at me in the eye and smiles. I found that hilarious, I’m not a good singer at all but it seems like that my baby likes me to sing more lullabies. Or maybe she’s smiling at me coz she knows that mommy’s voice is terrible. Well I do it all the time when she woke up at night then she fall asleep again after I sang for her. On the next day I phone a friend who’s also a mom for 3 children, I phone her because I know that she could explain why my baby act that way every time I sang to her. My friend said that its normal for babies to act that way. Once your baby is familiar with her calming noise, or music, or voice of her mom or the person who takes care of her you can use these to help your baby fall back to sleep when he wakes up in the middle of the night. And If she wakes and cries, repeat this process. She also said that If your baby gets used to his sleep time sounds you can take advantage of this tape your lullabies and play the tape iif you will be away from home for nap time or bedtime. The familiarity of these sounds will help your baby sleep in an unfamiliar environment. Eventually your baby will rely on this technique less and less to fall and stay asleep. She added Babies enjoy peaceful sounds, and they are just one more piece in the puzzle that helps you to help your baby sleep – gently, without any crying at all.

HCF Truly Saves My Day
HCF Health Insurance allows a child to receive medical coverage for up to $100,000, if your child (under 17) is accidentally injured, 24 hours a day, anywhere in Australia. A growing number of families are unable to provide adequate coverage for children, and as a result, many suffer from unattended accidents . Also, many families without medical insurance for children are unable to provide simple, annual checkups and basic health maintenance. This, in itself, can cause many childhood illnesses or medical problems to go unnoticed because of the lack of health care that is affordable to parents. However, there are a growing number of sources that offer reasonable rates for policies and coverage.
Considering the Following Advantage of having HCF as your Private insurance
Cash sum benefits.
24 hour cover.
$100,000 cover for just 90 cents a week per child.
Automatic acceptance, almost no paperwork.
Designed and underwritten by HCF Life for your security.
This simple and inexpensive policy provides cash should the unthinkable happen.
Apply online or call 13 14 39 today. The choice is yours.
Coverage is offered in a number of ways for families of young dependents. Many parents who work are fortunate enough to be provided a policy through their employer with a group plan that covers their children. In this instance, HCF Health Insurance is usually the most affordable with better benefits than individual policies can offer. With many group policies offered to employees, not only is medical insurance for children available, but a variety of other options can be found, such as optical and dental. However, for those families that do not have the option of employee insurance coverage, it can be a real financial dilemma.

A Baby Killer
The crib is like your little angel's guardian because thats where your baby's will spend a lot of their time and you want to be sure they are safe. You must also know that there are safety standards for baby cribs. In 1974, the Law imposed that cribs should no longer be painted by lead based paint. Because it was later found out that the ingestion of lead (from any source) could cause learning disabilities and other difficulties in young children. The slats of the crib must be no more than 2 3/8 inches apart, this is to prevent your baby's body or head form getting stuck between the bars causing injury or strangulation. The side bar should be 26 inches above the mattress when it is in its lowest position. If your child is more than inch taller than the side bar, it is time to move him into a regular bed.
There are some hazards also in your baby's crib that you should need to be aware of. Your mattress must fit snugly in the crib. A loose mattress could cause your baby to slip between the mattress and the side bar causing suffocation. The height of the mattress should be able to be adjust into at least three different levels. When your baby becomes more active, you will want to put the mattress in the lowest position to prevent your baby from climbing of falling out. Slats should be tight, because loose slats could pinch little fingers. Please do not put the crib near the window to prevent your baby from possibly falling out or be tangled in venetian blind cords.
