Losing Weight through Dancing

After I gave birth to my daughter I gain pounds, everything is different I feel sleepy all the time, I feel heavy, tired and too lazy to move even just an inch. But then I started to exercise, but it bores me. I ask some of friends and they have advised me to try dancing. I love dancing im having fun it doesn’t bores me at the same time I sheared some fats that I gain after the pregnancy. Dancing regularly is one of the best ways of keeping fit and healthy while having fun at the same time. Dancing is a great way to lose weight as it is one of the best cardio workouts with the least amount of effort. Most people don't consider dancing as a way of losing weight, they just do it for fun.
